After the setup process, and I found the IP address of the card machine, what do I do next?

From the POS screen, click Tools > Back Office > Setup > Terminal, then click on the pencil to edit settings for your computer terminal. Enter the IP address into the Credit Processor IP field, select the model of  your card machine under Credit Processor type, then Save.

When running a transaction, an authorization error errors.

Provision the device by:

3. Select Host Register, then select Provision.

When running a transaction, a COMM error occurs or it shows ‘Failed! Close.’ from the POS payment screen.
